Using the service
Baby Consistency Dashboard is a family-care organization tool for adults. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you enter, and activity performed through your account. Do not use the service in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
Not medical or emergency advice
Checklists, reminders, examples, and user-entered notes are organizational aids, not medical, legal, or financial advice. The service does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, monitor emergencies, or replace a qualified professional. Contact emergency services or an appropriate professional when needed.
Your content and shared groups
You keep responsibility for the care information and feedback you submit. You give Qian Idea permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the service. Group owners control invitations, and invited members can access group information according to their assigned role.
Free and Pro access
Free accounts include one baby profile and one family group. Pro provides the features shown on the pricing page, including multiple baby profiles, multiple groups, and shared caregiver access. Feature limits can be updated prospectively, but material changes will not reduce a paid billing period without notice where required by law.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Stripe processes subscription payments in U.S. dollars. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel through the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Stripe or applicable law indicates otherwise. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests, which remain subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the request.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and data protected, but the service is provided on an as-available basis and can experience interruptions. Features may change as the product develops. To the extent permitted by law, Qian Idea is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or end access for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or material violation of these terms. Contact us before deleting an account if you need help preserving information or resolving an active subscription.
